VCinema Book Contributions – The End: An Electric Sheep Anthology

The end is now here!  By “The End”, I mean Electric Sheep’s first published anthology (formally titled The End: An Electric Sheep Anthology) and by “now here”, I mean that it’s out today, May 16th, 2011. For those unfamiliar with Electric Sheep, their site offers coverage of an eclectic mix of films with writing with neither fanboyish or academic perspectives, but rather with brevity and insight.   The book  includes a number of essays from its writers including our very own John Berra whose “The Cycle of Existence: Kim Ki-duk’s Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter…and spring” will be included along with others covering the filmic range from Koji Wakamatsu to David Lynch to Ingmar Bergman and ’70s Spanish Horror Cinema.

If you’re interested in purchasing The End: An Electric Sheep Anthology, check out its publisher page over at Strange Attractor.  As an added bonus for early purchasers, the first 200 copies bought directly from them will include a special set of artists’ postcards.
