THE FRONT LINE Heads To DVD/BD on May 8th

Generally known as South Korea’s entry in the Best Foreign Film of last year’s Academy Awards but also known around these parts as the ‘dutch tilt’ film, The Front Line will be on store shelves in both standard DVD and DVD/Blu-Ray combo formats on Tuesday, May 8th courtesy of Well Go USA.  The Front Line is a war drama:

In the final battle of the Korean War an uneasy ceasefire is ordered, but out on the Eastern front line of the Aerok Hill fierce fighting continues. A race to capture this strategic point is the ultimate prize and will determine a new border between North and South Korea.

The Front Line is directed by Jang Hun (Secret Reunion) and stars Ha-kyun Shin (Thirst) and Je-hoon Lee (Bleak Night).  Bonuses on both formats include a “making-of” featurette, highlights, and trailers of other films in Well Go USA’s catalog.
